ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our small brand agency in our Essex Office. Do you fancy creating super high-quality branding and marketing materials for both client and internal projects? Then carry on reading!
You’ll be joining one of Essex’s fastest growing creative communication agencies, where you’ll have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of clients, from international brands and organisations to smaller start-ups and boutique agencies.
You will be our first in-house creative and will own the design process from briefing, conception, production, review, and presentation. You will be a huge part of all campaigns and work with the team on creative discussion then have the freedom to produce something amazing. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, both individually and as part of a team, with the ability to deliver top notch work to deadlines.

Technical Skills:
Graphic design? You speak its language fluently. (Bonus points for a sprinkle of animation and/or video editing skills!)

An Adobe advocate – InDesign, Photoshop, you name it, you know it.

Proficiency in web design tools is a big plus

Familiarity with video editing or animation is a plus
-
Illustration skills are a plus

Webflow/web development experience a plus

Working knowledge of layout, typography, colour systems, and design principles is a must

We are based in Essex, at an old converted Rectory in Mucking, Stanford-le-hope. Easily commutable from the A13/M25 or mainland rail via the C2C line.
We currently operate a hybrid workplace with team members required to be in the office a minimum of two days a week.
ABOUT THE JOB

As our first Account Assistant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our super high standards of client delivery by supporting the team across all accounts. Ideally, you’ll have a bit of an idea how agencies work and what it takes to be a success within one but if not, don’t worry we can teach you all you need to know!.
REQUIREMENTS
For us, attitude far outweighs experience, so the ideal candidate will have a hunger to ‘get stuck in’ whilst having a real thirst for learning. The role will be supporting the account managers across all accounts and coordinating the agency owned channels so you’ll need to be the savviest of savvy social media experts, demonstrating this across either your own channels or ones you’ve worked on.
You’ll need to be at home with a camera in your hand and have an eye for content capture. Once you’ve captured it then we want you to use it in whatever way you think will help further the brand of the agency.

Experience managing social media content across various platforms (Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn)... we know you may not have loads of experience so you can use your own channels to demonstrate this
A collaborative spirit - you'll be working alongside every member of the team so you’ll be a confident communicator and a born collaborator.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
